Return & Refund Policy
We take utmost care in delivering quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Only products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for returns.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
Perishable products (such as fresh food items) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Process:
Customers must initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Proof of damage/defect (photo/video) must be submitted for verification.
Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Refund for Cancellations:
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
